We had made a reservation on 1/1/24, since we had checked from the internet and it said that the restaurant was open.. However, when we went there it was closed! Completely unprofessional! It's funny that I have also received a booking confirmation email but also to judge my experience in your restaurant…

Both you and the restaurant are unacceptable. You lack professionalism! I have made a reservation which confirmed by text message and when I arrived there the restaurant was CLOSED!!! Moreover you didn’t inform me about this ! I hope you don’t have any client soon. Idiots!
